Governing Law and Forum
These Terms will be governed, to the extent legally permissible, by applicable federal law of the United States and the laws of the State of California.
For disputes in which contractual forum selection is legally enforceable, courts of competent jurisdiction located in California may serve as the agreed forum.
This provision does not waive statutory rights, mandatory consumer protections, professional-regulatory authority, or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, Brazilian LGPD, Peruvian Law No. 29733, or another foreign regime has mandatory application to a specific activity, its applicable protections remain effective notwithstanding this governing-law provision.
